The programme was first tested in a feasibility study before being presented to stakeholders for transferability assessment. The intervention is based on the social ecological model and the habit-based model. Wearable activity trackers are included to prompt movement after prolonged sitting. The intervention is a multicomponent home-based programme for increasing physical activity and reducing sedentary time in sedentary ethnically diverse adults aged at least 65 years. The intervention was intentionally designed so participants would not need to leave home.
