Hybrid delivery may reduce travel burden, improve access, and reduce infection risk for adults with sickle cell disease. Participants receive technical support for MyCap, Zoom, headphones, file access, remuneration, and transportation systems. Virtual music therapy sessions use GarageBand audio routed through Zoom with higher fidelity settings. Participants whose internet, devices, or data plans would hinder videoconferencing are provided preconfigured iPads with cellular data.
