The logic model separated programme components from delivery components, although these functions often overlapped in PROGROUP. The study used realist evaluation to test whether the intervention's assumptions about mechanisms, outcomes, and contexts were empirically plausible. The feasibility trial compared observed implementation with the initial logic model and revised the model where evidence conflicted with the original design. The SEIPS model treats patient safety as an outcome of interactions among people, tasks, tools, environment, and organisation. The revised model simplified referral, narrowed selection criteria, emphasized group dynamics and facilitator training, and added practical delivery contexts. The Person-Centred Practice Framework supports measurement of person-centred culture and acceptability throughout the study. RE-AIM structures Phase 3 evaluation of the real-world intervention impact. PARiHS guides Phase 2 workshop activities for implementation change in the GP-RACH setting. The logic model is intended to guide future implementation of clinical academic career frameworks.
