Implementation Limitations

Intervention cost estimates may not fully capture resources required for breast cancer education. The Rwanda-derived intervention effect may not fully generalise to South Africa. The model applied the intervention effect uniformly because data were insufficient to parameterise subgroup-specific effects. Health-related quality-of-life estimates came from Colombia and China rather than South Africa, creating contextual uncertainty. Community health worker capacity is a practical implementation limitation.
