Implementation Package

The package helped staff understand the template and its rationale. Process mapping helped staff examine how the intervention fitted existing workflows. The implementation package included intervention resources, process mapping, software support, training, and ongoing support. The implementation package did not sufficiently overcome broader contextual barriers. Sixteen implementation practices received an implementation package informed by Normalisation Process Theory.
