The adolescent intervention includes 22 topic-specific modules delivered in a defined sequence. The intervention is delivered through an open information website and a password-protected eHealth platform. The intervention uses SEL, CBT strategies, Self-Determination Theory, and Persuasive System Design as frameworks. IMPROVA combines SEL, CBT, and digital scalability in a multi-level platform. Disorder-specific content was excluded to avoid supervision requirements, reduce stigma, improve acceptability, and support scalability. School staff receive modules for self-care, supporting students, and tutoring sessions.
