Inequality Measures

For the coefficient of variation, variance response is not expected to be proportional to l(x)e(x). For life table entropy, the perturbation response includes a future-age entropy component that is not simply related to remaining life expectancy. For the Gini coefficient, pairwise absolute differences do not respond simply in proportion to expected remaining life at the perturbed age.
