Inflammatory Cells

Plasma cells were more common in geriatric patients than in non-geriatric patients. Eosinophils were more common in geriatric patients than in non-geriatric patients. Eosinophils are generally not prominent in early mycosis fungoides and can complicate distinction from inflammatory dermatoses.
