Interface models more consistently achieved treatment success rates close to 90% than direct models. Interface organisations were repeatedly identified as a success factor in qualitative evidence. Interface models use an intermediary organisation to connect public and private partners. Interface organisations helped create communication and mutual respect that direct models often struggled to develop.
