Intervention Limitations

Single-centre recruitment limits the generalisability of the study. Lack of participant and provider blinding may create expectation bias. Smartphone requirements may exclude older adults, people with more severe disability, and people with lower digital literacy. The self-reported primary outcome may introduce subjective bias. The supermarket game scenario may require adaptation for other regions.
