The trial hypothesises that IOC2 monitoring will reduce opioid consumption in ovarian cancer patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The IOC2-guided trial arm titrates remifentanil to maintain IOC2 between 35 and 45. A cited prior study suggested that maintaining IOC2 at 35-45 may reduce endocrine suppression and support postoperative recovery. IOC2 is calculated from EEG and frontal electromyography signals and estimates movement probability in response to noxious stimulation. IOC2 is the trial intervention's nociceptive sensitivity index used to guide intraoperative analgesia.
