Kettlebell Nasha 2018

The course received a clear recommendation with particular approval for all three instructors. Kettlebell Nasha 2018 was considered an excellent class and a well-run event. The seminar experience created interest in exploring additional kettlebell styles and continuing to refine technique. The event was hosted at Ice Chamber Gym in the Bay Area. The seminar was described as being in Oakland, California, though the actual location may have been in Richmond, California. Participants received items from RockTape, including Bell Cuffs, which contributed to the sense that the event was professionally organized.
