Knowledge level was positively associated with willingness to donate. Better understanding of legal frameworks was associated with higher knowledge and support for ethical oversight. Understanding of brain death was lower among the general public than among healthcare professionals or hospital patients. Awareness of Pakistan's organ donation laws, registration process, and donor registry was rare. Mass media and social media were the main sources of information about organ donation.
