The Rupa platform and Lab Shops feature are free for practitioners; Rupa's revenue comes from a per-order processing fee. Rupa offers an interest-free 3-month payment plan for patients at no cost to the practitioner. Lab orders placed through Lab Shops are fulfilled at Rupa's lowest wholesale practitioner pricing even for patient self-orders.
