Leadership Strengthening

Leadership strengthening includes dialogue with health insurers about reimbursing SPARK-based reflection time. Leadership strengthening includes organisational and professional awareness of the time investment required for reflection activities. National and international nursing leadership programmes can support development of the needed competencies. RNs need leadership competencies to advocate for informal care support and adequate professional time with organisations, policymakers, and insurers.
