Lenvatinib

In NEO-ERA-01, lenvatinib is administered at 8 mg daily, started on Day 5 of each neoadjuvant cycle. Preclinical synergy and phase II data support combining lenvatinib with chemotherapy and PD-L1 inhibition before surgery. Lenvatinib contributes anti-angiogenic activity and may modulate the tumor immune microenvironment.
