Luzhou

Since 2016, Luzhou has implemented universal preventive healthcare services with health records and dynamic follow-up. The study used the Luzhou City Health Information Management System as its data source. Luzhou is a rapidly urbanising municipality in western China with 4.267 million permanent residents by the end of 2023.
