Manuka Honey

Standard honey is not an equivalent substitute for Manuka honey in this formula. Manuka honey contains MGO (methylglyoxal) and hydrogen peroxide in meaningful quantities that regular honey lacks. The amount of Manuka honey used in the formula is considered acceptable even for those on a ketogenic diet.
