Med Ball Throw

The throw is initiated at the exact moment of the hop, not before or after. The med ball is thrown forcefully into a rebounder or wall at the moment of the hop. A rebounder or wall is required equipment for this drill to return the thrown ball. The athlete catches the returning ball after landing and before resetting for the next rep.
