Monthly Intervention Cycle

The intervention consists of 12 monthly home visits. The intelligent system generates personalised evidence-based care measure recommendations. Community healthcare workers and family caregivers review, modify, and allocate recommended tasks according to capacity. Each monthly cycle begins with comprehensive needs evaluation for the person with dementia and caregiver. The intervention addresses cognitive dysfunction, behavioural and psychological symptoms, activities of daily living, and caregiver support.
