Mother-Delivered Care

The trial evaluates whether trained mothers can deliver adjunct Vojta therapy as effectively as trained healthcare workers. Mothers may participate in intervention delivery only after scoring at least 9 out of 10 on competency assessment. Non-professional caregivers may have inconsistent technique or protocol adherence, which could affect treatment effects and study credibility. If a mother cannot continue delivering the intervention, the neonate remains in the trial and a trained healthcare provider continues the same protocol. Mother-delivered therapy is relevant to family-centred neonatal care and continuity after NICU discharge.
