MR-Linac

The adapt-to-shape workflow reoptimizes the plan online for the day's anatomy to maintain target coverage and organ-at-risk constraints. Continuous cine MRI supports real-time motion management during irradiation. MRI-guided adaptive radiotherapy enables daily visualization, online replanning, focal boosting, motion monitoring, and tighter treatment margins. Each session begins with patient positioning and high-resolution MRI to visualize the prostate, organs at risk, and anatomy changes from the reference plan. Treatment uses intensity modulated radiotherapy on the Unity MR-linac with at least ten fields planned in Elekta Unity Monaco.
