MRI Radiomics

Feature contributions were broadly similar across tumor compartments and MRI sequences. The study hypothesized that pre-operative MRI radiomic features could predict transcriptome-derived immune signatures at provisional diagnosis. Radiomic features were extracted from segmented necrotic core, enhancing tumor, and edema regions across four MRI sequences. Selected radiomic features included shape, first-order, and multiple higher-order texture feature families.
