Women vaccinated only before conception or only postpartum were classified as unexposed. Vaccine exposure was defined as at least one mRNA COVID-19 dose from estimated conception through one day before delivery. The study assessed mRNA COVID-19 vaccination during pregnancy in a large Quebec cohort from May 2021 to June 2023. The final cohort included 140,073 singleton pregnancies, and 43.8% received at least one mRNA COVID-19 vaccine dose during pregnancy.
