Multiarterial Grafting

Multiarterial grafting is associated with better graft patency and improved long-term survival. Multiarterial grafting uses more than one arterial conduit during CABG instead of relying mainly on venous conduits. Multiarterial grafting has historically been underused in the United States despite supporting evidence.
