Home-based cognitive training is prescribed at least twice weekly for 15-20 minutes per session. Participants in the exercise component are encouraged to attend gym sessions two to three times per week. Vascular and metabolic risk management includes a 3-month clinical follow-up with biomarker and anthropometric measurements. All participants receive baseline guidance on diet, physical activity, cognitive and social activity, and vascular risk management. Nutritional guidance includes group education, individual counselling, written materials, and advice aligned with Swedish adaptations of the Nordic Nutrition Recommendations 2023.
