Mutation Bias

Mildly deleterious mutation with eta = 0.9 allowed survival and reproduction to diverge by age, but PrR stayed below the extensive PRLS threshold. The default beneficialness-to-deleteriousness mutation ratio was eta = 0.5. Very deleterious mutation with eta = 0.1 caused simulations to go extinct rapidly.
