The protocol focuses on brain event-related potentials and chronic stress markers from hair samples as biological domains. Brain function will be assessed with NeuroCatch2, a portable non-invasive EEG platform. Hair cortisol concentration is used as a biomarker of cortisol exposure over time and chronic stress. Hair samples will measure cortisol, cortisone, dehydroepiandrosterone, and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate.
