Operating Room Environment

Resource inadequacy reflected structural limitations in Pakistan's healthcare infrastructure. Limited ability to approach colleagues reduces non-verbal communication and increases raised voices and frustration. Nearly one-third of Pakistani dentists strongly agreed that they lacked sufficient resources to deliver their desired quality of care. High noise levels can interfere with communication and disrupt critical safety procedures. Cramped rooms and fixed large equipment restrict movement, especially for circulating nurses. Missing or malfunctioning equipment can damage morale and teamwork by prompting dissatisfaction and criticism.
