Specsavers and Thiele participate because their locations have OCT and fundus photography and provide geographic coverage. All enrolled patients are instructed to visit a collaborating optometrist after the GP consultation. The optometrist examination includes visual acuity, refraction, intraocular pressure, OCT scans, and fundus photographs.
