Adherence is defined as completing 80% of assigned exercises in at least 10 of 12 weeks. Clinical assessments occur at baseline, 12 weeks, and 24 weeks with blinded outcome assessors. Everyday activity and sleep are measured with an Actigraph accelerometer after each test day. Exercise data are collected weekly from the sports watch and app logs. Potential adverse events include muscle soreness, fatigue, and symptomatic exacerbations from overexercising.
