Pancreatic involvement is possible for center-left upper abdominal fullness but is described as less common than stomach-acid-related causes. The pancreas produces digestive enzymes for proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Weak stomach acid or bile function can make the pancreas work harder to compensate.
