Eligible participants must be aged 18 to 30, have DSM-5 first-episode psychosis within five years, and show objective cognitive impairment. The target sample is 180 young adults allocated equally between CCT and ERT. Randomisation uses 1:1 allocation with permuted blocks and stratification by site and age group. Recruitment is planned over nine months using consecutive sampling to reduce selection bias.
