Patient Compliment Letters

Compliment letters can reveal relational and communicative aspects of care that complaint-focused analyses may miss. The study used 1,213 compliment letters submitted through the hospital's Voice of the Customer system. The study analyzed patient-initiated compliment letters to identify what patients value in healthcare.
