The overall patient satisfaction rate at ALERT Hospital's plastic and hand surgery outpatient department was 75.7%. The proportion of patients satisfied or extremely satisfied with their RA treatment increased from 29% at baseline to 82% at month 24. Apps, psychological support, and relaxation exercises were generally regarded as helpful by participants.
