Personalised Therapy Algorithms

CQ1 externally validates whether the RESiLIENT-derived personalised algorithm improves outcomes compared with giving BA plus CR to everyone. CQ4 develops SPOT by extending POT with baseline characteristics and longitudinal responses after first-line assignment. First-line allocation probabilities are based on each participant’s probability that a treatment is best. The BEATRICE first-line algorithm is redeveloped from RESiLIENT PHQ-9 data after removing the suicidality item to use PHQ-8. CQ7 refines POT algorithms for specific subgroups to address population variation and model drift.
