Physicians remain responsible for medical decisions, lab orders, prescriptions, and recommendations. Prescription access is included only when medically justified and legally available. International prescription fulfillment depends on jurisdiction, licensure, address, and pharmacy logistics. Doctors should offer to send prescriptions to the patient’s chosen pharmacy, though specialized compounds may not be fillable everywhere.
