Physician Wellness Initiatives

Nearly one-fifth of initiatives were multimodal, showing increased use of coordinated strategies for physician wellness. Multimodal initiatives create evaluation challenges because component effects can be hard to separate from combined effects. The reviewed literature included a wide variety of physician wellness interventions.
