Pine Oil

In essential oils, 'essential' refers to the plant's aromatic essence, not a dietary requirement. Pine oil was historically the active ingredient in Pine-Sol but has since been removed from that product's formulation. Pine oil is highly concentrated and users should begin with a very small amount to test for sensitivity or allergic reaction. Pine oil is an essential oil extracted from pine trees. Pine oil is derived from multiple parts of the pine tree including the stump, needles, cones, and twigs.
