Primary healthcare workers should educate parents about vaccine-preventable diseases, side effects, schedules, and the importance of timely vaccination. Governments should expand access through more primary healthcare facilities, more health workers, outreach, house-to-house vaccination, and community education. Immunisation services should be fully free and consistently supplied with vaccines and materials. Replacing multidose vials with single-dose vials was recommended to prevent refusal to open vials or vaccine wastage concerns.
