Polyester Fabric

Polyester fabric shows good performance at transmitting near infrared light. Black polyester was included in the infrared transmission evaluation. Polyester fabric transmits infrared light more readily than it transmits visible light. The scrubs tested are composed of 70% polyester, approximately 20% rayon, and other materials.
