Postoperative Pulmonary Infection

A simple pre-post comparison found pulmonary infection rates of 4.6% before implementation and 4.1% after implementation. The adjusted model found no significant association between the intervention and postoperative pulmonary infection. Postoperative pulmonary infection was defined by chest imaging reports noting infection before discharge.
