Male patients were more likely than female patients to receive quadruple therapy. The regression model used 17 independent variables and multiple imputation for missing data. Diabetes, hypercholesterolaemia, and coronary artery disease were associated with higher odds of quadruple therapy after adjustment. Institutional variation suggested hospital-specific factors likely affected GDMT implementation. Increasing age was associated with lower odds of receiving quadruple therapy. CKD was strongly associated with lower odds of quadruple therapy prescription.
