Prior Biologic Therapy

Correcting the biologic therapy percentage improves characterization of the trial population's treatment history. Omalizumab was used alongside benralizumab in a subgroup of 67 trial participants. The percentage of patients with prior HES-related biologic therapy in the omalizumab and benralizumab subgroup was corrected from 1.5% to 3.0%. The absolute count of patients with prior HES-related biologic therapy in the preceding 12 months remained 2 in both the original and corrected versions. Two patients in the omalizumab-plus-benralizumab subgroup had prior HES-related biologic therapy; the count was unchanged but the percentage required correction. The percentage of patients with prior HES-related biologic therapy in the omalizumab-plus-benralizumab subgroup was corrected from 1.5% to 3.0% due to a denominator error. The percentage for prior HES-related biologic therapy was corrected from 1.5% to 3.0%. The percentage of patients with prior HES-related biologic therapy in the benralizumab subgroup was incorrectly calculated as 1.5% (using the total population denominator) instead of the correct 3.0% (using the subgroup denominator).
