Allowing constituent matching improved MTOR-NLP edge recall under exact-name and exact-SBO matching. MTOR-ANN and MTOR-NLP did not explicitly encode complex information. Missing complex extraction creates a large representational gap because complexes account for much of MTOR-HMN and often participate in reactions.
