Two experienced guides are assigned to each participant and remain neutral toward the content of the participant's experience. Participants must be accompanied home by a trusted companion after discharge. The trial uses GMP-grade psilocybin PEX0101 from Psilo Scientific, manufactured and encapsulated by Filament Health.
