The study will include 110 participants across five distinct groups, with sample size justified by expected saturation points rather than a fixed numerical threshold. Analysis used thematic analysis with an inductive approach involving two cycles of open and axial coding, followed by merging overlapping codes into subthemes and overarching themes. Nine medical residents participated — seven women and two men with a mean age of 27 years — recruited by convenience sampling across major cities in all four provinces of KSA. Data were collected through in-depth semistructured interviews averaging 45–50 minutes each, guided by 15 questions with probes. The research used one-off semi-structured interviews with 31 professionals from mental and physical health services. The study used a qualitative Straussian Grounded Theory design. Thirty interviews were conducted with 17 active trial participants, 2 withdrawn participants, and 11 PHP facilitators.
