Age was significantly associated with lower quality of life in both complete case and imputed analyses. No longer working was another significant factor associated with lower quality of life. A family history of pain was significantly associated with reduced quality of life. Gender was not a statistically significant factor in reduced quality of life after adjustment. Quality-of-life scores declined with age across groups. Comorbidities were more common among REMS-positive participants but did not show a statistically significant independent impact on quality of life in the model.
