Regional Pooled Manufacturing

Pooled manufacturing could aggregate small national markets, attract investment, share facilities and expertise, reduce costs, limit import dependence, and support self-sufficiency. A coordinated regional approach could strengthen NEML inclusion, registration, and production at the same time. National production alone may be unrealistic for smaller or resource-constrained countries. The study proposed regional pooled manufacturing as a promising solution for improving anticancer medicine access.
