MLB target pressure is 20–50 mm Hg and is adjusted according to patient tolerance. Standard oedema management includes ankle pump exercises and limb elevation. All participants receive standardized education on postoperative rehabilitation, cryotherapy, assistive devices, analgesia, precautions, and complication management. The MLB system uses three layers for skin protection, padding, and low-elastic compression. Bandage start point is tailored to oedema distribution, but all applications extend to the mid-thigh.
